INGREDIENTS:

1 cut up chicken (mostly dark meat) or a pack of legs
5 to 6 peeled garlic cloves
1 large or 2 medium onions (cut in 1/4’s)
3 to 6 celery stalks
Baby Carrots (as much as you want)
5 tablespoons of chicken consomme powder

DIRECTIONS:
Fill an 8 quart pot with 2/3 full water and start to boil.
Put in all ingredients, except for the consomme and bring to a boil.
Add 5 tablespoons to consomme to boiling water.
Lower flame to LOW with cover (not tight) and let soup cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Take off flame & remove cover and let it cool before straining soup to get out the veggies.
