Ingredients:

1 Beef Salami Stick
1 1/2 cups Heinz chili sauce
3/4 cup apricot jam
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

There are two ways to cook it:
1. Cover one a baking sheet with foil. Cut the salami stick into circles about 3mm wide. Lay them one by one on the baking sheet. Take the sauce and brush it over all the pieces covering them in the sauce. Place in the over and cook for about 30 minutes or until you see its getting a bit crispy.

2. Place all the ingredients (besides the cut salami) in a sauce pan over a medium to low flame. Mix all ingredients together and let sit until it starts to bubble/boil. Once it does, place the cut salami in the sauce pan and mix together with the sauce until all the salami is covered. Cover the pan and place in the preheated over for about 30-45 minutes.

Can be served as a side dish. Serve Hot!
